Nena's Christmas Tradition

After the Hamilton family Christmas we went to Nena's. And while the kids were gone looking at Christmas lights Santa came once again. That silly guy has been coming while the kids were gone since Momma was a little tot.

Jayden was excited to see that he came.

It gets hot in the basement after opening all of those presents so our kids went "redneck style" with no shirts.

All of Nena's hard work and love makes this an amazing tradition and evening for the kids (and admittedly the adults as well).

And of course they had to play in a box before the night was over.

And then Brooke pulled them around. When Jayden was this age she pulled him around on a trash bag of wrapping paper. With two of them she had to change the tradition.

Hamilton Christmas Eve!

Christmas has started! We began our festivities at Memaw and Paw Paw's for the Hamilton family Christmas.

And Ho Ho showed up!

Jacob got his gift from Santa first.

We attempted a picture with all of the kids.

Hadley loves Ho Ho so she crawled up on his lap before he left to go make his night deliveries. Jayden added, "You have a long night Santa. You are going to be very tired!"

Jayden's Christmas Program

Tonight was Jayden's Christmas program at school. He did a great job and had a huge audience cheering him on. In attendance for Jayden's big night: Momma, Daddy, Tayler, Hadley, Mimi, Papi, Aunt Bear, Nena, Aunt Bev, Brooke, Paw Paw, and Ms. Jane. I think it was obvious that he is one loved little boy!

We went out to dinner for Mimi's birthday tonight. Nena joined us too.

The Little Gym Birthday Party

After our Christmas celebration Jayden had a birthday party to go to at the Little Gym. We had never been there before and we found out it was a lot of fun and a really exciting place to have a party. The party was for Abrianna, a girl from Jayden's preschool class. A lot of kids from his class were there so he had a lot of fun!
