Disney Live Show

Tonight Mama and Dada took Jayden to the Disney Live Show. We really enjoyed it and it was nice to have a family night out.

Snow Snow Snow

Finally there was a day that it snowed and Jayden wasn't sick so we took the opportunity to enjoy it. Mama had to sit out the sledding this year so she just took pictures while the boys had a blast.

Working in the Basement

Daddy is in the process of finishing the basement to help make room for our growing family and Jayden loves spending the weekends down there helping him.

Tonight Jayden had fun playing doctor. Thanks to Aunt Bear he has the full scrubs and everything.

Surprise! Surprise!

Today we went to see our new baby for the first time and find out if Jayden was going to have a brother and sister. Wow were we surprised to find out that he is going to have one of each. Yes, we are blessed to be expecting not one but two babies. Twins!!

Sick Days

Yesterday Jayden woke up with a rash. Mama worked from home and took him to the doctor. The doctor's diagnosis was a viral infection that we just have to let run its course. In the meantime a fever has developed and the rash seems to keep spreading. We are on our ninth kids movie in two days and just taking it easy. We are hoping that we get more snow (we just got 4 inches this week) in the near future so that Jayden gets to go out and play in it.

More More Christmas

Today we had two more Christmas celebrations. First the Bettorf Christmas gathering and then Christmas with Memaw and Paw Paw Bettorf.

Christmas at Papi & Mimi's

Santa came to Papi & Mimi's house too! Jayden was even willing to pose for a picture before tearing into the presents.

Jayden and Papi were playing with Jayden's new doctor set and here Jayden is trying on his Dr. glasses. Doesn't he just look smarter?

Ho Ho Came to Jayden's House!

Ho Ho came to Jayden's house last night and he must have been a good boy! All the presents he brought him though and Jayden was the most amazed that Ho Ho ate the cookies and milk all gone. That is all he talked about. This is such a fun age!!

Christmas Eve

To start off our Christmas, we had two Christmas Eve celebrations. First we went to Memaw and Paw Paw Bettorf's for the Hamilton Christmas and then it was off to Nena's house for Christmas fun!

Santa came to Nena's house while Jayden was gone looking at Christmas lights with cousin Ryan (godfather), Brooke and Aunt Bear.

This year Jayden was a present opening machine. What a difference a year makes!!

Continuing a Christmas tradition (started last year), Brooke pulling Jayden around on the trash bag of wrapping paper. We will see how many more years she can pull him.

Ho! Ho!

Tonight we took Jayden to see Santa Claus, or Ho Ho as Jayden calls him. How much a year older makes a difference. He went right up to Ho Ho and sat on his lap. He even told him "Been a good boy Ho Ho" and "Toys please". It was really cute!
