Tonight Dada and Jayden cleaned out our pumpkin and Dada carved it. Jayden enjoyed getting his hands dirty this year.

Keagan's Pumpkin Farm Birthday Party

Today Jayden went to a birthday party at the pumpkin farm. He had a lot of fun celebrating his friend Keagan's 2nd birthday.

Independence

Since turning 2, Jayden has showed more and more independence. Today we were in the living room and wondered where Jayden was and what he was up to. When we found him he was lying on our bed watching T.V. He is growing up so fast.

Zing Zang Zoom!

Daddy is out of town on a hunting trip, so Mama decided to take Jayden to see Barnum & Bailey's Circus titled "Zing Zang Zoom". The show was wonderful and Jayden and Mama had a fun evening together!

I Wanna Be Like Dad

Tonight Daddy got a new pair of waders. Once Daddy tried them on, Jayden had to wear them too.

Thomas the Train

Today we took Jayden to ride on Thomas the Train. Trains seem to be his new fascination so the timing was perfect.

Jayden still loves bathtime and playing with his numerous bath toys.

Dada's Annual Work Picnic

Today Jayden attended his 3rd work picnic in Brownstown, IL for Daddy's work. Despite some rain, everyone managed to have a real good time. It is so nice to visit with everyone and watch Jayden play with the other kids.

Daddy's friend Clay was nice enough to take Jayden for a ride on the horses. When asked if he wanted to keep going, of course Jayden's response was "Yeah".

This morning Papi and Mimi picked Jayden up and took him to ride the ponies at the Italian Fest in downtown Collinsville. As you can tell, he really enjoyed the ride.

Balloon Glow

Tonight we took Jayden over to St. Louis for the annual Balloon glow. Aunt Ashley, Uncle Dave and cousin Jacob joined us. We finally found something that our little man is scared of...he was not a fan of them turning the flames on and off on the balloons. I think it was a cobination of the heat and the noise. It was a long night!!

Happy Birthday Brayden

Today Jayden went to his friend Brayden's 4th birthday party at Monkey Joe's. He had a lot of fun.

Football Season

Football season is here. Mama and Jayden enjoyed watching and cheering on the Gamecocks tonight. Here is Jayden yelling "touchdown" during the game.

Another Fredbird Meeting

Tonight Mama and Dada took Jayden to yet another Cardinals game. He now looks forward to one thing and one thing only...Fredbird. He just loves the big guy. Can't you tell by the way he looks up at him?

Sprinkler Time

Tonight after work, Daddy decided to water the lawn and let Jayden play in the sprinkler. It was a great way to burn off some of his energy.

New Desk

Jayden loves to color at his new desk that Nena got him for his birthday. Thanks Nena!!

Jayden received many fun toys from his family and friends. Today we just stayed home and enjoyed all of the new things!

Happy 2nd Birthday Jayden!

We celebrated Jayden's 2nd birthday today. Its amazing how fast they grow. It is so enjoyable watching him at this age, as he is gaining an imagination and beginning to express himself. He is definitely turning into a little boy.

While Jayden was sleeping last night Dada and Mama put a whole bunch of balloons in Jayden's room. He was so ecstatic to wake up to them this morning.

We had Jayden's birthday party this afternoon at the park by our house again. Of course it has been beautiful outside for the past 2 weeks but it was cold and raining for his party. Despite the weather, Jayden seemed to have a great birthday. Thanks to everyone for making it so memorable.
